Web Training, Technology and AI Integrated Business Marketing Tools

So, this month is full on training, technology, assessing progress in AI (artificial intelligence) and integrated business marketing tools. I’ve been a firm believer in the development of artificial intelligence to support business and that we should adopt this as a future investment for our business now, that’s uber cool, but why? Watching the rise of chat bots in our service delivery, I can assess that in the coming year alone, this will become a standard practice across future thinking businesses for a range of social media platforms.

I have lots of contacts in the UK and the US, indeed these are growing globally, and I expect this to continue. I still need to sleep however, and even though I am up during some US time zones, I may already be in conference with clients. This is a streamlining of communication, a constant for global reach and a way to engage more fully with your customers. I’m not content with a chatbot answering a few questions though.

I want the emergence of Ai technologies to assess the emotions my customers are sharing, the happy, slightly miffed, or “shucks mam, just so pleased you handled me that way,” analysis. In the future all business will be 24/7. Sleep when you do and have ‘chatbot avatar you’ deal with customer queries with a promise of a warm video call back from real time you in the morning.

So, Ai can provide this with a little thinking through and handling of real problem solving. Integrate this with machine learning and we have something really, rather great.  My avatar is just my pic. I want it to be more than that when I’m away from the calls I get. It may move one day, become a holographic of myself or even joke along with my customers, just as I do in real time communication. I want this and why shouldn’t I have what I want? What benefit does this have for future business? I know if I’m in one call, an avatar of me that works in this way is something that is connected to my customer, my brand awareness, and is the future of how business may very well be running one day quite soon. I will now need this to talk my words too.

So, I am at the desk of the IoT (Internet of Things) to build that which I see in my head. That which I know will be a thing of the almost-here future, and I want to build this for my customers too. I know these are just a few ideas I must share, but there are many more. I know that the connectivity I create between ideas and the intercorrelation between apps that already exist are just a moment away. Emotive, emotions and integrated talk here.
